Company Dissolution Service

A company can apply for voluntary dissolution or striking off when it is no longer required. The two procedures differ in duration, cost and overall effect, with dissolution being the longer, costlier but more thorough and permanent of the two.

In our capacity as Company Secretary, we shall:

• ensure that the company is eligible for dissolution or striking off procedure;
• prepare various other relevant documents for this purpose;
• file an application to Registrar of Companies to strike off your company;
• liaise on your behalf with the external licensed auditor on audit and tax clearance procedures as part of dissolution process or striking off procedure;
• liaise on your behalf with the external licensed Liquidator;
• keep you informed of progress during the application and the final strike-off date.
